Spencer Rigsby brings a background in advertising, marketing, and design to a real estate practice that is as polished as it is personal, and her clients feel that difference from the very first conversation.

Before joining the business full time in 2021, she spent years managing marketing campaigns and developing a sharp eye for what makes a home feel extraordinary. As an Accredited Staging Professional, she sees properties the way buyers do, and that perspective adds real value on both sides of a transaction.

Spencer is a 2022 NABOR Leadership Academy alumna, a REALTOR Rising Star recognized by both the Naples Area Board of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors, and the both the Naples Area Board of Realtors & Florida Association of Realtors 2025 Humanitarian of the Year. She is someone who shows up for her clients and her community in equal measure.

Raised on Hilton Head Island and now deeply rooted in Naples, she brings a Lowcountry warmth to everything she does. When she is not working, you will find her on the tennis court, with Madeline, or somewhere Bleu and Lemon are causing trouble.
