This week, much like the previous few weeks, we are seeing more inventory coming to market. We are also seeing more days on market for current listings. Yet, if listings come to market priced accordingly, Buyers are moving quickly on them. For those properties priced on continued speculation of the same pace of this past season, we are starting to see some price reductions to acclimate to the current market demands.

 

We see this as a more balanced market where Sellers are still doing well with the appreciation they have acquired from just a year or two again. And Buyers that were hesitant to jump in over the past few months are feeling much more comfortable about the stabilizing prices.
